Pizzas4Patriots MEMORIAL DAY Yellow Ribbons & BEYOND

Boy Scout Troop #495 was Friendly, Courteous and Kind in passing out ribbons for OPERATION YELLOW RIBBON on Memorial Day. During the Memorial Day ceremony, Master Sargent Mark Evans announced that Elk Grove Village, along with Mayor Craig Johnson is pushing to have Yellow Ribbons around "...every tree in Elk Grove" ...to remember Service Men and Women.

10 Years ago, Sargent Evans and his family starting putting yellow ribbons on trees and asking people for donations. On this day, 10 years ago, he was able to send 50 pizzas to Soldiers in Bosnia.

Sargent Evans offically announced the start of OPERATION WORLD PIZZA set for this 4th of July, marking the third year in a row that Pizzas for Patriots has served military a slice of home. Along with DHL and Ginos East, Pizzas4Patriots plans to send pizzas all across the world, with points in Africa, DMZ Korea, Top of The World, Iraq, Afghanistan and in the US. Thank you for remembering our troops, soliders and loved ones, today and all ways.
