I watched this show at my babysitter's house when I was 3. Since then, that little instrument has always reminded me of cats, but in a different way. It's like nostalgia mixed with the innocence of an injured cat. It always gave me a tickle when I heard those 2 little notes.

I guess the question about the seal was silly. I wasn't looking closely. The animal before the snake is a doggy, right?
The snake is eerie looking though. Who the heck would want one as a pet? I do not get that.

Oh yes, and James Taylor...who else did I miss? Dan Steinheimer, Doug Santen, Mark Albrecht, Lauren Prowse, Etta Werz, James Bailey, Eric Olsen, Andrea Oncken, Preston Stubbs...plus the techs...I like the new E-Vet Interns show, but I miss the original, and its wondrously deep-voiced narrator!!
