Damn, they may have been our enemies for nearly a century, but by Jove they know how to march!
-
Bet they all have awesome abs.
-
Roman legions goose stepped on parade. It's as old as soldiering.
-
I think `goose-step´ (german `Gänsemarsch´) is a harrassing description of the german enthusiasm for marches in the 19th century, which is given by people who did not know. Why bothering about other peoples stupidity?

@11Kralle Which is Absoulutely Correct, I dont know who gave the "English Names" For our steps. All i know is, our Goose-step is Much QUicker than Ceremonial steps or similar.
-
The goose-step (`Stechschritt´ means `poking-step´) is exactly that relict from the medieval fencing-culture, which provides the best way to kick someone whilst stepping forward - if it doesnt hit it saves the space in front of you.
-
@XbLIcecoldkila15 It still looks as if they are kicking arse. Ceremony or not.
-
@MAXTHEASTARTES It has nothing to do with marching fast, for it is a ceremony.
-
Same march as Russia and the rest of the former USSR. same uniforms as Russia too.
-
They look like effeminate male nazi ballerinas. Reminds me of "Springtime for Hitler" in the Producers. Haha
Thats why i am German....We Can March Fast :D
