  • good video! all shoulders, elbows, arms, hands, waist, hips, knees, legs and even neck need to relax and balance well because this way your body can better feel how strong, fast and from which direction he pushes you and then you can quickly react back even without a think once your body builds up good habit

  • Thanks for sharing and good job! Very clearly demonstrated the skills. When you push, don't push out, instead, you want to push towards your opponent/partner and try to apply your force to his body; it's his responsibility to withdraw and move your palm/arm out
