  • For those of you who have not had the pleasure of visiting this sacred place, I suggest you take the time to do so. I was first there many years ago and was then and still am in complete awe of it's beauty and significance in today's world. Truly a work of art.

  • Thank you for this. My grandmother took us to the Grotto every summer when we were growing up and we loved it. I haven't been back in over 15 years so seeing this video just made my day.

  • i should come here someday :D

  • I am not a religious or spiritual man, but I've been here four times and always feel contentment here. It's a quiet place of beauty and reflection. And I thinkj it comes from the idea that a simple man had a dream and, unlike most of us, proved what he was made of by actually doing something about it with his own two hands. It's a man's life work that you'll see here and that's something very, very special. A man who lived his faith and kept his word. I encourage you to visit.

  • Love the weird US stuff, but it was pretty rude to be man-handling the rock like that knowing it said no touching

  • I've been here many many times. relatives lived in West Bend growing up, and I've returned several times as an adult.

  • I'm a Travel RN and I just arrived in Iowa for a new assignment. A friend told me about this shrine...I can't wait to go see it...It looks amazing!

  • I might go see it this sumer it looks wonderful ! : )

  • I've been there and it's truly beautiful and very interesting to look at. So many different rocks and minerals!
