I am not diggin those flat wounds AT ALL!...Can we hear something else though that amp?none of those bird house basses. a real bass! I know the sub bass!LOL

Flats should NEVER B used on N E Thing but solid-body basses, preferably hardwood basses, as otherwise they sound like a pile of azz, like this thing. U need 2 put some very BRIGHT & LIVELY strings on 'acoustic' instruments (unless they R bowed). Spector taper cores R pretty bright. Try those & it will then sound maybe pretty kewl =)
