Maaaann I gotta story for u...doing a video about it soon...older ppl period are crazy as cat shit...they say the customer is ALWAYS right...but I live by "nobody's perfect". I can prove them wrong three times over! Some of them get real aggressive and touchy...neva had one direclty confront me with physical blows or racism but that's soon to come...cuz they remember me fo sho! Lol

Man long ago i worked at sears and white folks be so mad about their vaccums breaking, they'd throw em at us. Like all raging doom and hate thrown ur way. Then theyd reallly blow up when id have to tell em that they have to take the vac to the repair area other side of the store. White folks need to chill!!

Dude, I think you're worrying about breaking the rules or losing your job too much. Someone higher up than you might tell you one way to do something, but who is actually doing the shit every day? YOU. You know what's best for your customers. People do lie a lot tho... fuckin funny. "But you were the one who placed this order for me!" Yea on my day off? Fuckin funny man. One thing brathas have to keep in mind is that white people have a superiority complex over us. I've seen it my entire career. White men, especially hate when we know more that they do or if we're in a position of authority. When you're behind the counter and telling them how things are done, in many of their minds, that breaks the natural laws of racial hierarchy.

Lol your job must suck but I take it from what you described you work at fedex or something. It is funny to see rich people complaining about prices and they drive extravagant cars. You can afford a lambo but you complain about spending $5 or so dollars on boxes or shipping prices lol.
