This movie is awsome.

I kind of like the blurriness. It makes it seem,... well I can't really place what it seems like, but it's really cool!

It was a great movie, the only part I didn't like was launching the Enterprise. It was supposed to be built in space.

The movie is supposed to be a parallel universe. Instead of kirks father living, he was killed protecting his family and the rest of the crew. Along with Spock meeting himself in the end of the movie

"It was supposed to be built in space."

That was never actually proven, for the record.

I think they'll try to make it canon (like explaining why Sybok says "Faith, my friend. There's more of us than you know" by saying he's referring to the destruction of Vulcan prime, and the very few remaining Vulcans, and explaining why early Trek Vulcan is barren, without cities ((the original was destroyed)) ).
