what peter schiff believes is what most connecticut voters believe. never invade a country for violating a un resolution or treaty, like bush did in iraq. just punish them by taking out the violation facilities using the air force. i dont see anything wrong with that. schiff isnt a ron paul clone, he never said he was. however his basic beliefs are compatible. dont create an empire and dont interfere with other countries unless they threaten the u.s.

FINALLY, schiff talks about how THE PEOPLE wanted him to run for senate, it wasnt his choice to begin with. i was thinkin about this for the longest of time and wondered why he didnt say that in his speeches. to me, thats huge. thats some george washington stuff. the PEOPLE wanted washington for president, he didnt choose.
he needs to rub on that more in his speeches. that and focus more on his political beliefs
