I'm late to say this, but you're right, it's Vincent. I think I hadn't seen little Vincent when I commented.

Oz wears a nightgown..or maybe more like nightshirt...just once in the manga that I've seen. He looked good in it. XD In that time period even guys wore long nightgowns/shirts.

Hahaha...Gil has to do everything..eat the food Oz doesn't like, wear weird clothes, take care of the cat...

The Japanese writing by Oz says "niko niko niko niko niko"....it's a sound effect that means "smile smile etc." or "grin". It can be a nice smile or a sinister smile but for Oz and it's usually a nice one. ^.^ Or a teasing one? He bullies Gil a lot, poor guy.
