Xu Bing, "one of China's most illustrious post-Tianannmen expatriate artists", exhibited his work in a exhibit called "Tobacco Project: Shanghai" in a gallery on the Bund in Aug-Sep 2004. I was lucky enough to be invited to the opening, and thought it was fantastic.
I put together this movie from my still photos of the exhibition with music from British band Pulp
