@iamshpongled probably not, but if he did it was in self defense, most of the Black Panther Party were illigally irraticated, murder.. the ones that made it out alive are now political prisoners of war on goverment policies amd that is our right in the constitution to freedom of speech and to speak out against a goverment for themselves, that is attacking its own citizens extorting, torchering, murdering, raping, pillaging, demonizing etc. etc.
