  • The most annoying voice.

    EVER.

  • I am not trying to be an ass, but I would never have a client do a squat on a smith machine standing on a BOSU Ball. In the squat, the BOSU ball will actually hinder the client, especially if the clients hips are out of alignment or if their bio-mechanics are off. Always start with the basics, get the client to proper anatomical alignment, then introduce equipment like the BOSU, but I still wouldnt have the client perform the squat standing on a BOSU, waste of energy. :) My 2 cents...

  • Sounds like a cat getting strangled in a ally way ...

  • so you want to only use these certification companies that keep you stuck paying them by adding bs classes every year so that they can squeeze for money out of you. They are not the best because of this reason. SORRY!
