  • @nick20200 I dont really wanna get into an argument with you, but I have been using reason for seven years and I am fully aware of how to use it to its full potential. If you knew how to use ableton, then you would know that you load in literally ANY piece of audio in wav or AIFF formats. Not only will Ableton auto recongnise the transients in the piece of audio and recognise the BPM (even of Vo etc...), you then have an option of "slice to new midi track". This allows you to have it as a rex

  • @nick20200 I don't think he means impulse, but rather the other drum machine (it's quite like impulse) which they've so creatively called drum rack. But in all fairness it's a really good drummachine for triggering samples, although it does have it's limitations and irritating moments. I use it loads.

  • @CTRLALTDELmusic you mean impulse??? LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL.......please dont joke, kong or redrum are just as good or in fact better than impulse. the dr rex "LOOP" player is not the drum rack btw... oh and reason is not basic. If you knew how to use it you would not say that... and this is an old version of reason

  • Reason is pretty basic. Infact very basic. Why on earth they chose to use reason to do this tutorial is beyond me, esp considering the amount of hardware they have there!! And for everybody's info, the drum rack in Ableton is INFINITELY more powerful than the doctor rex loop player, or the dr octorex

  • Respond to this video... aaaand, I just found it : "Experiment no. 2", (club mix)

  • @MotionMenace2

Did you find out yet? It's awesome, trying to find it under one of their productions. Anyone else know?

  • @JESTERCAPESTER Not really, Reason's pretty unique in that it's all self-contained. There's plenty of different DAW's and VST's that together can do the same job.

  • argh, thought i was gonna see new reason material.. thanks for the studio look...MCLASS Mastering effects are very nice in Reason 4,,, 5 is out now

  • this is so unmusical and horrible
