  • @canonhf100 - Monfrotto's normally have three small screws on the bottom of the silver coloured circular bottom plate thingy. Those need to be loosened when removing the head from a tripod. Or tightened when affixing a Monfrotto head to a tripod.

  • I have the same products as you. I cannot unscrew a FLUID head from a tripod after it had been screwed on too tight? No matter how hard I tighten the 'horizonal movement' thumbscrew, the head continues to rotate whilst I try to unsccrw the head, thus preventing the screw from disingaging.

  • Could you show some sample pans actually using the tripod head, maybe slow pans at different focal lengths? That would be really helpful to get a feel for how well the head works.
