For this spring inspired dish Chris thinks out-of-the-box by using puff pastry as opposed to a traditional tart dough. This adds a delicious butter crust that is truly a flaky treat. The puff pastry also adds richness and depth to this squash tart. The squash is nicely spiced with a little crushed red chili flake. This is wonderful dish by itself or you can make mini tarts and serve them as an appetizer. This dish is a crowd pleaser.
