Obama's Kenyan Crimes: An Impeachable Offense?

A Congressman says the Obama administration is engaging in illegal funding of Pro-Abortion and Pro-Sharia Kenyan Constitution using taxpayer dollars, in direct conflict with U.S. law. Despite denials by the offices of VP Joe Biden and the U.S. embassy in Kenya, Rep. Chris Smith says there is proof that the White House is funding the Yes Campaign to get the Constitution approved next month.
According to LifeNews.com:
"There is no doubt that the Obama Administration is funding the 'yes' campaign in Kenya," [Rep. Smith] said. "By funding NGOs charged with obtaining 'yes' votes, the Administration has crossed the line."
"Directly supporting efforts to register 'yes' voters and 'get out the yes vote' means the U.S. government is running a political campaign in Kenya. U.S. taxpayer funds should not be used to support one side or the other," he added.
According to a chart of USAID received by the three congressmen pursuing this investigation, two organizations have been given over 150,000 dollars to push the Yes Campaign and many other groups have been given smaller amounts, including, but not limited to:
* The Central Organization of Trade Unions, Kenya (COTU) received $91,106.66 to "marshal a coalition of pro-Constitution individuals, institutions, and organizations to drum up political support for the Proposed Constitution by organizing a public rally at the historic Kamukunji Grounds, Nairobi."
* The Provincial Commissioner North Eastern Province obtained $99,220 for "one of a series of activities that aim to contribute to an 'overrepresentation' of the YES voters at the next referendum. Specifically, OTI will provide support to the office of the Provincial Commissioner (PC) in the form of transportation and fuel."
* The Kenya Muslim Youth Alliance (KMYA) got $56,953.33 from the Obama administration for "one of a series of activities that aim to contribute to an 'overrepresentation' of the YES voters at the next referendum. Specifically, OTI will provide support to Kenya Muslims Youth Alliance (KMYA) in the form of transportation and communications."
* The Provincial Peace Forum, Rift Valley Province received $94,193.33 to "build on previous activities in the North Rift as an entry point for a YES campaign on the constitution. Specifically, this activity will serve to gain buy-in for the new proposed constitution by getting the professional elites' commitment."
This funding is an impeachable offense. Because the Kenyan Constitution essentially opens the nation up to unlimited abortions, the White House is in direct conflict with the Siljander Amendment annually included in the State, Foreign Operations Appropriations Act.
The Amendment reads, "None of the funds made available under this Act may be used to lobby for or against abortion, and violations are subject to civil and criminal penalties under the Antideficiency Act, 31 U.S.C. § 1341."
Life News reports that this amount may exceed 10 million dollars.
Obama has long had connections with Kenyan Politics which flaunts Federal Law. In 2006 as Senator, he campaigned for Raila Odinga, a thug politician who is a member of the same tribe as Obama and has connections with Al-Qaeda supporters.
Now Obama is supporting Odinga's Constitution, and he is once again flaunting Federal Law to do it.
The White House has spent over 10 million dollars lobbying for a pro-abortion constitution in Kenya, and Obama cannot be let off the hook for these high crimes and misdemeanors.

We can stop him if the American people realize that Obama is committing impeachable offenses as we speak. Congress needs to take charge if Obama does not or will not step aside congress needs to quarantine the Obama administration/ CIA/Federal Reserve/FCC for American war crimes towards humanity . Congress needs to take charge and block the  controlled main stream media propaganda machine and the CIA ploys.

America is under siege being taken from the inside out as we all sit and watch. A special emergency meeting congress alone needs to take place ASAP
