@JustineLaLoba Actually Alan Scott was/is The Green Lantern. Hal was the first Green Lantern corp member from earth.Scott and Hal just happen to share similar *not same* call signs

@MegatronSmurf All the lanterns had different personalities. Alan Scott was the Fatherly type, Hal was the Maverick type, John Stewert was the solid Dedicated type, And Guy Gardner.. well.. he was just Guy Gardner..

@VeeDubBigBird No, Hal was the second Green Lantern, when DC decided to revamp their universe from what is called the Golden Age to the Silver Age. Alan Scott was the origional. His ring worked on different principles, explained away in alot of different ways, even as being an origional prototype ring of the Corps, but with a different weakness.
