http://www.20minutemindspa.com/ A belief is just a chronic thought. A thought that we keep thinking over and over. A habit of thought we're so used to, it becomes transparent to us -- an integral part of the patterns of our daily lives. By design, we're habitual beings. Learned patterns quickly become ingrained and are relegated to a realm of consciousness that is transparent to us. We no longer have to give them conscious thought. They just happen automatically. Otherwise we'd need to re-learn to walk, brush our teeth, eat, etc. every morning. Our belief systems are formed in much the same manner. A belief is just a habit of thought.

Since Law of Attraction brings us more of what we think about, if we want to change the circumstances of our daily experience, we have to change our habits of thought. The learned patterns were established gradually, so it makes sense that the shift occurs gradually. We can accomplish this by first noticing the belief and acknowledging that it's just that, an ingrained pattern of thought -- nothing more. Then, constantly shifting our attention and intention on a moment by moment basisÊaway from thoughts that don't feel so good andÊtoward those thoughts that make us feel better. In time, with deliberate focus and intent, the thought patterns change and evolve and so do the circumstances of our lives.
