If I ever met Dennis Hopper I always wanted to ask him how much of this movie's dialog was scripted and how much was improvised? What do you think?

@lilyisreal Definitely! I really like when he corrects himself regarding the name of the town. If it was anything but an AIP film, that would have been on the cutting room floor!

My father being the dyed in the wool biker he was, took me to see this movie when I was 10yrs old. I loved every minute of it. He told me not to take it too seriously cuz it was hollywoods way of cashing in on the the biker thing. After that I've been trying to find all the other movies i saw after that. Amercian international did several B type films but this was among my favorites.

I know what you mean. PIllow Talk is a good movie in my opinion but they show it over and over again when some movies need to be shown. I have requested TCM to play this movie too. We need to keep trying. A shame this movie is neglected.
