To insert an adendum, what I wanted to express is the empass Dan's facing, and the decision he's going to have to face soon. I don't think Augustana/Augustana -April 26, 2011 is tracking all that well. What is being expressed in this current dialog is that there are those among us who want Dan to make a stand sans Augustana, and I believe he will. Additionally, I envision a marketing change as well. Thanks to everybody who supports Dan & Augustana moving forward.

@leapsandchances - I understand what you're saying. I'm sure there are some folks who like this stripped down version showcased on KINK Radio in Portland, OR, but there is likely an equal amount, if not greater that want freebie downloads verses popping out $9.99 for the studio CD or MP3 on Amazon. Its a totally different sound, where Dan's vocals are exceptionally well showcased with the pedal steel and the piano. I like both but this is Dan Layus stand alone verses total Augustana. I vote Dan

I have a great suggestion for those of you who want to "download" Augustana songs from this February 2011 broadcast, go on Amazon.com or itunes and spend $9.99 and get the whole album, it was relaeased on April 26, 2011. The entire album is fantastic and it will help sustain Augustana and move them along, they deserve it !
