Sheriff John Wayne has a problem: He must keep killer Claude Akins from escaping the town lockup (with outside help from his brother and a cadre of hired guns). The only people Wayne can call on for support are an alcoholic Dean Martin, a well-meaning Angie Dickinson, a crippled Walter Brennan and an eager Ricky Nelson

this is one of my favorite john wayne films of all time.the duke is my all time favorite actor and i am also a big dean martin fan.i love the chemistry between both of them in this film.this movie shows why the duke is the king when it comes to westerns.

Westerns were big in the '50's and so was rock n' roll...but that's why they put rock n' roll singers in westerns...singing?!!! Ricky here, Elvis in "Love Me Tender", Fabian in "Hound Dog Man", Frankie Avalon in "Guns of The Timberland"...a bit of strange time warp thing going on there!

Sergio Leone? one of the greatest directors of all time. I get that people have a preference between American westerns from the likes of John Ford et al and the Spaghetti Westerns but I dont know how you can trash Leone's contribution to cinema. Once Upon A Time In The West is one of the most perfect and original films ever made.

Wow, I didn't expect Ricky Nelson to break the fourth wall in this trailer. I wish trailers today were a tad more imaginative, and less formulaic. Also...I really want to see this film now!
