For all the people out there that are constantly saying "use E then Q then W" you are 100% correct on this. I play Brand Avidly as soon as I got him. I play a wide variety of Mages and find that other than Cassiopeia one of my three mains. (Cassiopeia, Vladamir, and Brand) that Brand has easily the highest burst in the game. Unless you play Tryndamere or Leblanc. But Brand is known to have one of the highest Bursts because of the "E-Q-W-R" rotation. Not his. "W-E" rotation. :(( it just made me
