I'd like to clear up this emo thing....

Emo (emotional hardcore) was started with a little DC band called Embrace it was not shite then. At the drive in are Emotional Hardcore -they're fooking great! The fact that the major record labels have grabbed the title and used to promote newage boy groups has ruined the term that pin holed a sound. Point is, don't use terms to describe music... just say what you like an don't waste your breathe stating what you don't like.

@Metalheadslive you do realize Fugazi are completely anti-mosh right? I'm also anti-mosh it's complete lost it's authenticity it's no longer a vent of anger and frustration it's become "that thing you do at shows" becuase everybody else. I much prefer to dance, nobody gets hurt and anybody of any gender can do it.

@bolusc23 on that same subject, just because "punk" (and I really don't need any arguments about what that fucking words means to you) got marketed to children through the pg-13 filter by money hungry business men DOESN'T render the entire punk-rock community invalid. If slick marketing gurus slapped "punk" on the backstreet boys today people would STILL be SO pissed, like the tag defines the genre. Remove yourself from the community, remove yourself from the BS. NO LABELS, NO MERCY!
