I've come to accept the album a little more now after giving it some more listens, but no way will it live up to previous works of theirs.

Not really, "Make Yourself" and "Morning View" were spectacular, I consider them better than "S.C.I.E.N.C.E". "A Crow.." was very different at the time being, but I still am pleased with that album, lives in "Morning View"'s shadow. "Light Grenades" was pretty sweet too, maybe that's when it began. However, I feel as if they took a nosedive with their latest attempt. That being said, I fucking love S.C.I.E.N.C.E., one of the best albums to ever hit my ears.
