absolutely horrible!!!! customer service for FLYAUDIO US is substandard! I have been emailing and calling them for over a month now and nothing. My broken GPS is sitting in on my desk as a paper weight and a reminder!!!!!

Did you install it yourself? If so, was it complicated?

Flyaudio is the most piece of shit headunit you can buy. I would take anything from walmart anyday over something from flyaudio. Flyaudio freezes all the time and everything is low quality.
