Hi hi! Have you tried - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my work buddy got beautiful Six pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.

cardio helps you grow..unless you do more that an hour. you need to workout/cardio/deficit your daily calories. if you do alot of cardio, then you intake more calories

though I guess the dude would at least recognize in the same breath that it's good for your lungs and heart

I'm 6 feet tall, 178 lbs. I run almost every day, just to get rid of excessive fat. I also lift weights, so that the muscles keep their size.
Abs also needs a lot of fat burning, if you want them to show.

@davef89 Cardio DOES burn muscle. I have been a Wrestler all my life and my Cardio levels being at its optimum level is a must. the problem with so much cardio is the loss in my muscle relatively fast. to counter i had to eat a good diet and consistently lift weights. when you see Olympic caliber long distant runners are they super muscular? no. because they run and burn all their muscle. If you cant find info on this then you are looking in the wrong places.

again, complete bull. show me one study that has said cardio burns muscle. it doesnt unless you completely overuse muscle groups. the guy doesnt know what hes talking about

youd be suprised man the human body is a as powerful as a fighter jet it jsut needs to be pushed step by step
this guy is legit.
And it has been proven my scientific studies, that 1-2 lbs of weight loss per week is ideal for both pure fat loss and muscle retention. So 100lbs in 6 months is healthy and its an awesome example.
