  • What can you tellme about Hyundai Coupe 1997??Are they good cars??

  • @MrFranagiu crap wagons, don't buy one. All korean cars are cheaply made and don't hold up over time.

  • you forgot to tell them to check the oil and transmission and power streeing and all that other good stuff but i gues a question for you i got a 99 vw passat love the car but the check engein light came on for misfire on cyl 5 and a evap system code anyways i cleared it it came back on 200 miles later then it turned itself off but is still in the computer why would it do that and yes the check engein light still works lol

  • @josh198869 evap systems are complex computer driven systems, which can only be truly analyzed and repaired using a dealer level scan tool. I hate em, and I have the many thousands of dollars worth of various scan tools. Anything can and will happen with those systems, especially an over engineered VW. My advice, if it runs fine, live with it. VWs=endless money pits as they age if you want to keep all those lights off all the time.

  • This may seem silly but, if a quality body shop worked it over after a wreck..... How would you ever know?

  • @zeppelin67637 if you can't tell, then it doesn't matter, they would have fixed it perfectly then. They are just machines after all, they can be fixed correctly

  • @BadBrad23 I find these comments annoying. As I've said a thousand times, I'm half deaf from working on cars 44 years, that's how I talk in real life.

  • @noezzi NO, I make a lot fixing cars too, as I run my own business. But this is waay more fun.

  • @scottykilmer @scottykilmer really? I wholeheartedly agree that the older ones were terrible but I thought they stepped up the quality more recently, interesting

  • @GTVAlfaMan depends what you want. Japanese or domestic cars all the way if you just want a basic and reliable car. but hey a reliable car will not only the parts will be cheaper, but also you can rest assured in the most troublesome cases you have higher chances that you can find parts even if you go to the rural areas of the country. My advice: never assume a car based on its looks alone. it might be you friend.

  • you told me to stay away from VW's i asked a few weeks ago in another video lol i just fell in love with it plus it has low miles just 100k but like you said if its runing fine other then cyl 5 and the misfire i had no idea plug wires would run me 150 bucks plus tax not counting the spark plugs lol

  • @scottykilmer ok good nuff! Thanks for the reply
