So you're omniscient omnipresent omnipotent omnibenevolent deity knew all things and had all possible power(including foresight)but didn't know that if you place a delicious fruit equipped with a sneaky talking snake infront of 2 naive children who have no understanding of right/wrong, that they will eat it? Are you kidding me? None of those diseases are from what we put in our food or nukes or cars. Malaria has been around for thousands of years, it was one of the hugest problems for Polynesian explorers way back in 1800 BC(1500 years before the Roman Empire) AIDS is the "newest" one, But studies have shown that's been around for hundreds of years! What about Influenza? the Bubonic plague? Rabies? Leprosy? Measles? Smallpox? And What about all the diseases we have expelled from the modern world?
