@R90liam u may b bringing it up too high on your chest. i aim for right below chest, feels most comfortable. just find natural position.

Wow that weight looked so effortless for you. The comments made about your elbows can almost be justified if your lats are stopping your arms from being really close..major props to you man!

idk im not that strong but i read somewhere that it is unnecassary to have your hands inside the angle of your should joint on close grip in that you get no added tricep isolation and you produce an unnecassary strain on your wrist.....just my two cents

not so much your hands but your elbows, having your hands in too close actually damages your wrist and shoulder joint, as long as your elbows are in and the grip is about shoulder width or slightly less it actually hits your triceps better, this is one of the original sets of videos so this is like 2 years old
