Hahahahahaha first off that was terrible. You didnt go all the way down you basically should have been doing calf raises. And besides leg press is the absolute worst thing you can do. It has proven to give you all types of lower back problems

@JkNone His knees are not bent in at all haha, his feet are flat shoulder width and pointed straight up his form is fine, plus its a machine how can you have bad form its what doesnt hurt your knees

i think you should lock your knees out more. it decreases the size of your anus, which in your case is clearly a good thing.
