http://www.vayeni.com/ Impalila Island is situated at the very tip of the Namibian Caprivi strip. It's location is geographically significant in that it is one of only two places in the world where 4 countries meet. These are Namibia, Zambia, Botswana and Zimbabwe. Impalila is home to the local Basubiya people, who live a subsistence lifestyle. They grow crops and catch fish in the Chobe and Zambezi rivers that surround the island. They live in harmony with nature and frequently must contend with the dangers of rogue elephants and crocodiles.
