教室内を温度38~39度、湿度60~65%に設定し、ヨガを行ないます。温度と湿度により体の柔軟性が高まる為、ヨガのポーズが取りやすくなります。レッスンでは、受講­生の不調や悩みを聞きながらゆっくりとヨガのポーズを取っていきます。
