Hey fran thanks for the video and i looked over ur mini coaurse it looks amazing :D but i won't be useing it because for some reason i found that the sauna is teh bomb and clears me up.. just clean my face in the morning and go into sauna after along day and wash my face at night once more than finaly use my topical stuff my doctor gave me *All my stuff i use does not make my skin red or anything which is best!*

It would be a Steam sauna :D its nice because its relaxing reduces stress and also really helps drain toxins out i believe, but yeah its magical.. and i hear people saying "oh don't go in everyday its bad for you blah blah" totaly not true TOTALY.. look at sweden people ^^ but thanks for the reply it was nice of you
