to me Deathspell Omega pretty much defines everything I hate on modern BM. but it sure as hell cant diminish the glory of this song. hell, sole reason I bought this album was this song.

One more thing that I would like to address to
DeathcoreIsNotMetal: you do not have a monopoly on the black metal genre, therefore you are in no position to declare what is "true" and what isn't. The same goes to every black metal fan. All you're doing is making a vapid cunt out of yourself. Black metal is a loosely defined sound. Not an ideology. If it was an ideology, it would be unified, rather than multiple groups each clinging to a specific ideology.
