The control with the buttons at 1:18 controls a very large and very loud siren nearby.
The control box at 1:32 is for the fire alarm system.

Haha, right, 3 AM was a great time to go, i actually got stoppe donce during the day when i went, and told the security gaurd i was taking a photography class, and let me in haha. but easnt as good as, my night trips there.

this video is stupid. why would you go when its daylight and leave once it starts getting dark. i went there and you guys are wimps if you cant go there when its dark out. why would you just go to an insane asylum to look at papers and screw around there when you dont know if something is there or not. man up and go at night!!
