victoria is just a wee bit flat! but, oh, bluebells was the best live rendering of ANYTHING ANYWHERE.

it just sounds nastily out of tune, and maybe there's something wrong with the lead. And the bow is screwed up too but I don't think that's affecting it much.

yeah I agree.. his viola sounds horrible compared to usual.. i don't like the end of the song, how they add all the bird sounds and stuff. but it's a top notch song.

His viola sounds nasty because he is playing with a broken bow. He used to do that a lot but not so much any more. I quite like the contrast between victoria's beautiful playing and his screeching, it's nice

I quite like the contrast of their sounds, it's interesting and unconventional.
Overture in general is amazing, it always gives me goosebumps. Bluebells is another favourite, and translates well live.
