Yup, and it can ruin it for the rest of us. I've been doing my best to promote legalizing lane splitting in Texas, but many car guys dismiss it immediately also thinking bikers will zoom by between them at 80mph, when in Cali where its legal lane splitting is only allowed at low speed.

So glad its legal here. Well there's lane splitting and then there's stupidity.
I think the only issues here is when it come to an incident happening. All depends on where you were filtering/splitting and circumstances. All comes down to risk v gain.
