Clay, the raw material in producing techniques is blended before shaping ceramic products. This is a step in the clay processing.

The clay is poured into the reservoir to soak in order to softening and reducing impurities.

Selected clay is with smallest impurities. Then, raw clay is put into the mill. For the crude product, we use coarse crushing for sophisticated products (clay, porcelain) course must be smooth.

Fine crushing is carefully processed after the coarse phase.

To shape the product in molding, the artists use arc-cutter to cut clay into "plates" with equal thickness. An important stage in the process of clay is lento processing. Clay must be lento-processed to remove air-bubbles, and the viscosity of the raw materials for high quality products.

Then, the artists use the "plates" to print on each piece of molding. The mold technique is a traditional ceramic shaping methods, which is useful for creating ceramic large-size products with rich decorative surface.

Calibre technique combines style of turntable with circular molds to form products. Each product using a mold. The product is only taken out of the mold when it has dried at the level of hardened ceramic.

Before buring the products, we must conduct the drying process to avoid product from damaged or torn, and remove water contained in clay material.

And this is the stage of outdoor espousing.
