@BasisOfKool Actually Just Dance released April 8, 2008. Luv U Luv U Luv U released with Peace, Love, and Ice cream April 16, 2009. Not saying there's anything wrong with using the beat... its quite often done these days. But Gaga most likely had the beat first.
