There have been reports that claimed that the company back in 2008 had 1.9 million distributors in 72 countries. It also stated that they had made annual sales of 3.8 billon dollars according to the report.

Herbalife is not a scam, hundreds of resons to prove it. Most people who claim that Herbalife doesn't work is either because they didn't have a coaching due to lack of strong ethics from their sponsor, They didn't have self discipline in using the products or they failed at the business due to lack of personal growth and development, These are the only reasons people make those claims, I'm more than ecstatic to say the my whole family is an Herbalife family, my parents, my siblings.
