The Nutcracker Market 2011

After the success of last year's inaugural edition, Les Grands Ballets Canadiens de Montréal is busy preparing this year's Nutcracker Market, which opens on Thursday, November 24 at the Palais des congrès de Montréal and closes on December 4, 2011. This year's market will be even more impressive, with over 70 exhibitors, each more enticing than the next, several brand-new products, and a wealth of original, fabulous and exclusive gift-ideas... in all price ranges!
This non-profit Christmas market, Montreal's first, was launched in 2010 by Les Grands Ballets and immediately hailed by the Montreal community. At the approach of the Holiday season, it offers a unique, all-under-one-roof shopping concept. Over 20,000 visitors are expected in this paradise for finding the right gift! In so doing, they are helping a good cause: 10% of the merchant's pre-tax sales and all revenues earned by Les GBCM during the market will go to The Nutcracker Fund for Children— allowing underprivileged children to attend educational workshops and a performance of the ballet—and towards production costs of The Nutcracker.
