This song reminded me of The Music Man's song, "Ya Got Trouble."

-Both songs have con men (or ponies in this case) trying to convince a town that they need their product.

-Both songs have the singers using "singspeak," and then the town joining in chorus.

-Both songs have chanting (Music Man: "trouble, trouble, trouble;" My Little Pony: "cider, cider, cider.")

The difference between the two is that the cons in MLP got exposed. In the Music Man, he went clean and fell in love. :)

I believe that FlimFlam's cider was better in all respects (taste, effectivity and speed), since their machine used rotary centrifuge while Applefamily used stone grinding
