@jakepb96 Why legalize any of them? Because people are going to smoke weed anyways. Difference is that, under prohibition, dealers are the ones who are controlling the market! Weed makes up 60% of the income of organized crime in Mexico! Legalize it, then the government can control distribution, quality & such.

Think about it! Legalized? Kids would have a HARD time purchasing it without ID. Prohibition? They just walk up to a dealer with some money and they get the stuff no questions asked!
