FEAR- False Evidence Appearing Real

Hello my friends!

The beard is gone! That change was easy for me, but some change is not and that is usually because of fear.

Have you ever heard that fear stands for false evidence appearing real? In my experience it seems to be true, and what I've found is that if you face it, you'll see that reality is not as bad as you thought.

Please share any examples you have seen of someone else being fearful of something that from your perspective was not that bad. Odds are, if they were to face that fear and just do it, they would see what you see.

Many people fear that they do not know enough, when the only way to know is to do.

We are full of False Evidence.

The hard part of gaining experience is shedding the False Evidence; it fights to stay in your head, to stay in control.

The world never changes but how we view the world (through the False Evidence) makes it look different every time we look.

We seek to get closer and closer to that unchanging world.

it's cool you're combatting an element of fear in making this video. I want to encourage you with that.

People don't have to be afraid of rejection. Because we are ALL afraid of being rejected.
