People from Visayas may not be good in Tagalog but their English is way better than people in Manila. It is because they speak their local dialect with English, as to Tagalog people, they only speak Tagalog. Base on my experience, I was at a local market in Cebu and I was actually surprised to hear sellers and "tambays" speak Bisaya with English which I don't usually hear in Manila, and most people I heard talking in malls in Cebu are English speaking, even their sales' attendants.

LOL tagalog people thinking of bisaya people low educated?STupid! visaya people learns english and tagalog so whos low educated?

@ThtOnePinoy Yeah the guys a douche. my comment is 3 months old and I don't give a damn on it anymore. But it seems he had intrigue me to reply. Especially, the Indio part. It makes me smirk, somehow it's unique hahahahahaha. Anyway dude thanks for the channel you have shared to me. It really is good...^_^

@HulingMagdiwang that dexz17 guy is a douchebag... and who uses indio as an insult anymore?
I've only been ever called an indio by a filipino who had serious colonial mentality...
-
@TheCezme Dude it's only imperial manila lol, unfortunately they even make fun of illocanos and us kapampangans...
and then again, so what if anyone could speak better english, it still doesn't mean you're more smarter, you have to prove you are more smarter, and I know a lot of intellectual visayans... Whoever started the hate against visayans are seriously fucked up, and their only goal is to separate us...
We must create an even better unity, for all in the archipelago

Base on your comments you seem to have some lack of knowledge of the past. A MORE GRADUER PAST. Try searching the dictionary? The dictionary only helps you understand and at least give you a hint on what and how a word is used only. language is part of culture. It is not the whole culture but it is PART of a culture. You didn't see that on my comment? I can't belive that a educated man such as you could not solve the true message of a lowly indio such as me as you declared. Now that's Patheic.
-
@dexz17 Me an Indio? personally you didin't get my perpective in this comment. You barf randomly with this words that is meant to insult me? Is it? First of all I just spew this dialects as yes part of the Filipino culture, but it seems you judge my comment base on that, you didn't think of a more bigger box, a box that is Filipino culture, you didn't think that this dialects, are part of a more grand culture that is almost lost on us but thank Bathala that it is not yet destroyed.

@HulingMagdiwang dude your just showing you are belong to the race of indio ahaha...ok...i won't worry it seems..culture is different with dialect and language...since when the culture became a linguistic...ahaha..it doesn't meant it its..try searching in dictionary first..so you will have a brain or better yet..educate yourself and study again..oh no need even so...you will still be ignorant because your indio ahahah
what? just because somebody comes from Visayas means that he or she is less educated. Dude, I am Visayan, got my degree in UP Diliman and universities in France and UK. I could see lots of un-educated/ un-polished Filipinos mismo sa Makati. Katulad mo, says a lot with your use of language. Dont belittle the Visayans...we speak better English than many in Luzon, let alone in Makati, what with their fake, tyring hard American accents. Ignoramus, palibahasa your stuck in Makati.

I'm From Visayas And we speak very well in english also in our schools everything you heard is english but some new comer speaks in dialect but they learn how to speak in english fluently and maybe not all in luzon speaks well in english???there's a lot of schools there but they speak in tagalog or something but in here if you step into private schools or big schools like La Salle,Jack in Jill,Saint Rose Of Lima School, and Saint Scholastica you will learn how to cause the teacher speaks english.
