Higher experience doesn't necessarily mean you have to up your sensitivity, the key is to use a sensitivity that you feel most comfortable with.

i have an idea i myself have used start at a low sensitivy play a few games and move it up 1-2 play another few games until you are comfortable, up it 1-2 more until you are comfortable and continue this until you are no longer comfortable with the high sensitivity or whatever then lower it maybe 2 then use that and it's likely you will be comfortable with that

I play on 2, and I consider my-self an above average player, with a lower sensitivity, I am more accurate, and don't get caught from behind be being smart in my positioning.
