@KyKni406 He used to announce the "NBC- Special Report" before his formal retirement, as he was also an NBC staff announcer. He could be hear on promotional voice-overs over closing credits on shows (the way it's meant to be, not this irritating "credit crunching" or "credit elimination" of today). You always remembered what NBC show to watch Thursdays at nine, unlike the credit crunching which is so much overload on viewers that who cares? He also announce Len Berman's "Spanning the World."
