I show before pictures and a few along the way. Taking off a bunch of weight is a process - it wasn't put on overnight and it doesn't come off overnight.
Timeline:
January 06: 169lbs
June 06: 164lbs
September 06: 144lbs
December 06: 128lbs
Today: 121.5lbs

wow girl. you are super hot now. and then but especially now. im glad you lost the wait for health yes but also you look so happy. i dont think you need to loose more according to you numbers but i hope you do. once you loose continue to exersise for the rest of your life

You are soo sweet, you were beautiful before the weight loss so don't worry about what a bunch of idiots say...I started weight watchers today because like you, I cannot lose weight on my own. I will keep your motivating video handy for those moments when I feel that it is not going anywhere.
