incorrect.
1. the sternum shouldn't get closer to the pubis while during this exercise. sternum should raise directly toward ceiling, only pulling both scapulas off the floor, mat
2. Head and chin jutting forward is improper, the chin should be tucked
the difference b/t this particular core exercise and others is, supposed to be;
lack of compression of the spine, which occurs with 'other' trunk flexion exercises or an improperly done McGill situp

Its a video of an abdominal exercise which is an alternative to sit ups etc. Its supposed to be a safer alternative and is meant for people rehabing from back injuries etc... It is from the book
